Thousand Islands Forkopimkab to Ensure Safety During Ramadan

Thousand Islands Regency Leaders Coordination Forum (Forkopimkab) holds coordination meeting in Ancol, North Jakarta, to evaluate General Election (Pemilu) 2019 implementation, discuss about preparation for Eid homecoming period and security in Thousand Islands waters.

We will strengthen our security by guarding the entrance gates in ports, conducting sea patrol, and socializing others about sailing safety

"We expect all related sides to build a synergy to ensure Thousand Islands' security especially in water area in Ramadan Month and Eid," said Husein Murad, Thousand Islands Regent, Thursday (5/16).

In order to improve its security, Regency will collaborate with TNI, police, attorney, KSOP, Transportation Ministry (Kemenhub), Basarnas and Kesbangpol DKI, Religion Ministry Regional Office, and Satpol PP.
